Right of Withdrawal (applies only to shipments within Spain)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 natural days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 natural days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify CHAPEAU FASHION SL or CHAPEAU HOMBRE SL (customerservice@chapeauvalencia.com or Calle Hernán Cortés, 5, 46004 Valencia, Spain) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post).
